COURSE OVERVIEW
Diploma of Human Resources Management (HRM) course is designed to provide the foundation skills and knowledge to manage the core functions of HRM in a business environment.

This is a nationally recognised qualification and a pathway to assist individuals with a background in the Human Resources arena, to advance their understanding of HRM principles and guidelines and to gain a range of managerial skills.
LOCATION OF COURSE DELIVERY
This course is delivered from Atlantis College of Management at Melbourne city campus which is located on Levels 14 ,474 Flinders Street, Melbourne, Victoria.
COURSE DURATION AND DELIVERY MODE
Delivery of the course is based on 20 hours face to face delivery per week over a period of 52 weeks (including 11 weeks holidays).
ASSESSMENT METHODS AND FACILITIES
This course is delivered face-to-face, through a combination of tutorials and computer lab workshops. You will be assessed through written tests, computer-based tasks, and assignments. Equipment includes: Fully Equipped Computer Labs, Business Software and student PCs, Printed and on line Resources. Spacious classrooms, free internet access.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You must be 18 years of age or over and be able to provide evidence of Year 10 or an equivalent literacy and numeracy level.
- Domestic Students: High school certificate or copy of highest level of qualification
- International Students: IELTS score of 5.5 with no band less than 5.0 (or equivalent) and high school certificate
Students must have prior vocational experience in Business or related studies.
PATHWAYS
Upon successful completion of this course, students may gain employment in a wide range of industry sectors. Possible job titles relevant to this qualification include labour relations, managing people, Strategic approaches in human resource management, dealing with stakeholders, data analysis, developing HR policies and practices. The course develops advanced knowledge in contemporary business. You can use this qualification for credits of more than one year in Bachelors of Human resource and management.
