Student Welfare Services and Policies
At Atlantis College of Management (ACM), we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and academic success. ACM offers a range of academic, personal, and welfare support services designed to meet the individual needs of students. Our support services are delivered in a timely, effective, and confidential manner, ensuring students have access to the assistance they need throughout their studies. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive environment that encourages equal opportunity, mutual respect, and positive engagement among all students and staff.
Students are provided with clear and comprehensive information about the support services available to them during orientation and through the Student Handbook.
Our support services include assistance with:
- Academic progress and study skills
- Course planning and enrolment advice
- Personal wellbeing and welfare matters
- Adjusting to life and study in Australia
- Language, literacy, and numeracy support
- Access to accommodation and community services
- Support for students with special needs
Where additional assistance is required, ACM can arrange referrals to appropriate external professional services, including counselling and specialist support. Referrals may be provided for matters such as health concerns, bereavement, financial difficulties, relationship issues, or challenges associated with adapting to a new environment.
All internal support services and referrals are provided at no additional cost to students.
ACM maintains policies and procedures to ensure the care, safety, and welfare of students in accordance with relevant Australian legislation and regulatory requirements. We continuously strive to promote a culture of inclusiveness, understanding, and student engagement that supports the wellbeing and success of every learner.
